IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
In order to provide the best experience for our customers, we offer a no-hassle return policy.
- A sales receipt should accompany all returns
- Credit will be issued through the same method of purchase
- Purchases made by check will be refunded a minimum of 15 days from purchase date
- Opened merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee
- Propane, labor charges, and gift cards are non-refundable
- Power tools, appliances, grills, etc. may only be returned subject to the manufacturer’s warranty
- Management reserves the right to refuse any return
